We were delighted to welcome Lisa Witney, Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at Deutsche Bank, along with Susan Moule and Allison Waldron from Deutsche Bank’s employee resource group for advancing a gender inclusive organisation, dbGO, to our London office for a special ‘Women of Influence’ event.
Presenting to a packed room, Lisa gave an overview of Deutsche Bank’s DEI strategy, while Susan and Allison shared some of the many exciting opportunities available to employees wanting to get involved with dbGO. We had a great discussion around DEI issues that impact women, including the importance of leading from the top, the power of policy change and creating initiatives that work well for both employees and clients.
